About

Hi, my name is Nick McHardy and I work as a Solution Designer for the Technology division (formally known as Digital Network) at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

I joined Lend Lease as a software developer in December 2005, where I was the co-owner of the Digital Domain, delivering a variety of business intelligence, ETL, data warehousing, websites and other solutions for Lend Lease until December 2014.

I wrote the first version of ARTI (Almost Real-time Interface), which is Lend Lease's web-service and JMS-based integration tool between IBM Cognos TM1 and Oracle Financials and I’ve worked on many digital projects at Lend Lease over the past few years.

I run a small hobby business called Purple Toaster and am a co-host of a radio programme called The Fusion Delusion.

I'm currently working on Recommendations, Profiles, Communities, Personalisation and the Snowplow Analytics Pipeline for the ABC.
